My Dev Workflow - How I use fish, tmux, lazygit and neovim

This is a quick, raw walkthrough of my development workflow — all of it living in the terminal. I combine a few tools that each do one job well:

• fish as my interactive shell
• tmux for managing terminal sessions and windows
• lazygit for fast, visual version control
• Neovim as my editor
